Who is Zenflow?

Zenflow is a product from Goflow IVS, a company based in Copenhagen, which has been founded in April 2018. Zenflow offers a software service, which allows our customers creating customer surveys and lead generation forms (click flows). Our customers embed these click flows on their websites. A click flow provides end-users with an intuitive interface to specify their product needs.

How does Zenflow work?

Zenflow customers have integrated HTML code on their web pages, which is transmitted to our servers. This HTML code contacts Zenflow's servers and sends a script to the computer or device with which you access the Zenflow-using web page.

The script captures certain data related to the end user's interaction with the virtual sales assistant on the appropriate Web page. This data is then sent to Zenflow's servers for processing in the event of an explicit request by an end user. This request is only forwarded to the customer of Zenflow whose name is clearly related to the respective Zenflow service. With the help of this software, Zenflow supports its customers in generating and processing product inquiries. In addition, Zenflow allows improving the usability for the end user by analyzing user behavior.

Legal basis

With regard to the processing of personal data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to point out that the legal basis for the processing to fulfil our services and carry out pre-contractual measures is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for the processing to fulfil our legal obligations is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for the processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
